- MAC Panel Company has manufactured thousands of VXI mainframes for both commercial and military users and as an OEM to major instrument companies. MAC Panel is a member of both the VXI consortium and the VXI Plug & Play Alliance. As a member of the Plug & Play Alliance, MAC Panel chaired the VPP-8 mechanical interface specification committee that defined the relationship between the VXI chassis and the interface receiver in a test station.
