- M/A-COM manufactures and markets semiconductor materials in support of the electronics industry. We produce both silicon epitaxial materials and compound semiconductor substrates. We manufacture semi-insulating gallium arsenide by the high-pressure liquid encapsulated Czochralski method 3 inch, 100 mm and 150 mm diameters. Our double side polished wafers are used for both direction implantation and epitaxial growth. We have semi-insulating indium phosphide under development and will be offering both 3 inch and 100 mm diameter substrates.
