- Alliance Semiconductor / Networking NETWORK CO-PROCESSORS: Its initial offering is a family of Internet Protocol Routing Processors (IPRP) that enable wire speed routing of IPV4 and IPV6 packets. The IPRP routing processors are designed for use in multi-ported gigabit and terabit routers. This advanced memory and logic solution speeds packet transmission, and accelerates Internet routing and network switching. Alliance currently offers two products in this first line of routing processors, differing in the size of the database they support, ranging from 16K entries to 64K entries.
